Payment: We accept payments through Paypal, though you don't need a Paypal account for payment.
Shipping Policy:
Orders without customization will be shipped within 3-5 days from the time we receive payment for your order. Custom orders may take slightly longer. Unless otherwise noted, we will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to back-ordered items.
If you need your order to arrive faster than snail mail, or if you just need it by a certain date, please let us know in advance so we can expedite it for you.
We will ship to the address provided to us through Paypal. Please be sure that you have selected the correct address for shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to outdated/incorrect addresses.
The shipping charges in multiple-item purchases, by default, are sometimes higher than actual shipping costs. If this is the case, we will refund the difference to you.
Refund Policy:
Orders that have been customized to your specifications are final sale. ...But we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't right about your order, please convo us so we can find a solution.If your items arrive damaged we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We MUST be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. USPS may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed.
Always inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
